A delightful romp through the Alsace region of France to enjoy the fall colors. I took a lot of photos because I just couldn’t get over how beautiful it looked.

Whoops! Where did Mexico go?
I feel so silly!! I have no idea where the second half of my 2004/05 Mexico trip went, or how long it has been gone, but it disappeared somehow. I did a little re-working and it is back!
Since I don’t know how long it has been AWOL, I have no idea who may have missed it. If you DID notice that it wasn’t there, then next time please let me know!!
And now, if you’ve been looking for my ride home from Oaxaca, here it is!
And if you missed the story entirely, here is Part 1
Lake Como, anyone?
Dan and I take three days to visit Lake Como. It was fantastic fall weather and an amazing trip. Lake Como never ceases to amaze me with its beauty.
St Hippolyte – with Dan!
A nice half-day ride to the French town of Saint-Hippolyte with Dan! It was a lovely weather for a ride.
The French Connection
I volunteered to run an errand into France and explored a castle ruin on the way home.
How to take pictures “on the fly”
I’ve had a few people ask me how I take photos while riding my motorcycle. It seemed like a nice idea to share this information on a nice, easy-to-read page.
So, for your edification: Taking photos on the fly!
More Jura!
When the weather is perfect the only thing to do is to get out and enjoy it! I did just that with a 5 1/2 hour motorcycle ride through the Jura region.
Includes bonus kittens!!
Normandy is Cool!!
Dan and I take four days to visit the Normandy coast. There have been better holiday trips in my past, but I’m still glad that I got the change to explore this French Region.
Hot! Hot! Hot!
We took an overnight motorcycle ride into the mountains in order to find some cooler temperatures. Unfortunately, the trip didn’t quite meet our expectations.
