Whoops! Gravity Surge!
My friends tease me about how often my bikes end up on their sides. I know that this isn’t “normal”, but considering that two of the bikes are dual sports, I feel fully absolved from any guilt. And I’m getting better at picking them up too. Here are some pictures, in no particular order, of various “oops” moments I’ve had (obviously not including the many that weren’t caught on camera)
First drop: low-side on the Oregon coast
The BMW in Arizona
The BWM in lower British Columbia
Catching a rut in Eastern Washington
Taking it easy in lower British Columbia
Too fast on the east side of the Cascades
The scenic side of Glacier National Park
Odessa’s poker run in central Washington
Soft mud doesn’t hold up near the Hood Canal, WA
Slip, slidin’ away near North Bend, WA
Post-fall picture at Snoqualmie Pass, WA
And then sometimes the bike is just sort of “stuck”
At least I have good friends who join me once in a while!
